SHIPPING POLICY
Based in Chubbuck, Idaho, Teton American Flags and Urns is committed to creating unique, handcrafted items, with each piece being truly one-of-a-kind. Our production process is detailed and time-intensive, typically taking about 2-4 weeks to complete. For items listed as in stock, expect them to ship within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, we will promptly email you with tracking information.
Most shipments are handled via UPS, while smaller items may be sent through USPS. Should there be any changes to your tracking information or shipping details, we will update you as quickly as possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As each order is custom made for individuals, returns and exchanges will be completed on a case by case basis. If the product is defective upon arrival, we will have you return the product in order to redo and send an undamaged flag back to you. All other returns will be reviewed before accepting a refund.
